You can download the CaMKinet database in one of two formats: the
full CaMKinet or a small CaMKinet
database.
Full CaMKinet database
Includes CaM Kinase names and accessions, Substrate names and
accessions, and phosphosite information. Also includes the Species, and
additional information on the phosphosite curation and experimental
methods used.

Small CaMKinet database
Includes only CaM Kinase names and accessions, Substrate names and
accessions, and phosphosite information.

Documentation
Data is provided as a tab-separated file (*.tsv) with the following columns:
- KID:
the CaMKinet CaMK identifier.
- CaMK:
The common Protein name.
- CaMK_UniprotID:
The Uniprot ID of the CaMK.
- Organism:
(full only) The organism with this CaMK-substrate pair.
- SID:
The CaMKinet Substrate identifier.
- Substrate_UniprotID:
The Uniprot ID of the Substrate.
- PhosphoSitePlus_Assay:
(full only) The type of assay used to determine the Phosphosite.
- PhosphoELM_Ref:
(full only)
Phospho.ELM identifier.
- pubmedId:
(full only) PUBMED identifier.
- curatorInstanceAssessment:
(full only) The curator instance assesment.
- reliabilityId:
(full only) The reliability ID.
- evidenceClassId:
(full only) The evidence class ID.
- evidenceMethod:
(full only) The Evidence method.
- evidenceLogic:
(full only) The Evidence logic.
