Help Instructions:

• Hover on the edges to view the protein protein interaction score.
• Strength (edge thickenss) of the interaction varies fron orange to red.
• Click and hold any node to see its first neighbour
• Double clicking on the nodes will redirect to uniprot entry of the protein.
• Clicking on the "Only Substrates" button would render the interation network only for the substrates
• Clicking on the "Only Interactors" button would render the interation network by using the interactors which connect kinase to the substrates.
• Clicking on "Relod" would render the original interaction network.
• Click on the download button on the top right to get the png image of interaction graph.
